I’ve been a die hard tent camper my entire life; I love the simplicity of setting up a tent and keeping my gear minimal. But recently I made a big mistake… while camping in Glamis my husband and I stayed in a RV instead of our tent. And wow, was it wonderful!

We enjoyed camping in an RV so much that we hunted down a 1989 Winnebago Superchief on Craigslist and made the jump from tent to RV. A rash decision? Maybe. But we know we’ll use it at least once a month, and if it makes camping even more convenient, maybe our monthly adventures will turn into bi-weekly trips.

There’s a laundry list of items we need to fix and want to update; I’ll be blogging about them and offering any lessons learned/good advice along the way. In the meantime, meet our little 31 ft bundle of joy.
